5.30-6.30: Rach will conduct a sensory exploration workshop of Wayapa Wuurrk, where children and adults have time, space and freedom to explore the 14 elements, embody those most connected to and conduct earth-based art work. This art work assists to deepen the connection and expression of which elements they may feel most interconnected. Rach will conduct the mindfulness movement sequence as a story. Participants can join in if they’d like, but it’s not a prerequisite. In Dance Therapy we utilise ideokenisis to assist on-lookers to embody what it is we are doing. Therefore conducting the movements is playful and fun manner as a physical story assists empathetic resonance to anyone in the room.


Rach will be assisted by Wanda, an emerging First Nations Wayapa practitioner.
